I started it because I believe every woman deserves to feel cared for — deeply, intentionally, and without pressure to be anything other than herself.

I became a licensed esthetician in my 50s after feeling a strong pull to do work that aligned with my faith and values. I wanted to create a space where women could find not just skincare treatments, but solace — a moment to breathe, to rest, and to reconnect with themselves.

I opened Southern Solace Skincare in 2020 and haven’t looked back. My studio in McDonough, Georgia, is a peaceful, private space where I offer personalized facials, gentle product education, and supportive care, including oncology-safe services for those going through or recovering from cancer treatment.

I use Hale & Hush products because they’re made for sensitive skin, and I work with women of all ages, but especially those navigating midlife changes. My goal is to help you better understand your skin, feel more confident without makeup, and create a simple routine you enjoy.

This isn’t just a job to me — it’s a calling. And I’m so grateful to do this work.
